Stratus Telecom has developed a suite of software products which all operate under their ENTICE architecture and combine the best of proven and emerging telecommunications technologies. ENTICE, which is an acronym for Emerging Networks Telecommunications Infrastructure Control Environment, is designed to interface to new or existing networks to provide control services and a software foundation upon which to layer new services. ENTICE based solutions are designed for "opportunistic innovation." If the functionality you are looking for is not in one of the ENTICE solutions, it can probably be easily added via ENTICE's service and customization layers.
ENTICE solutions can be used in existing IP and TDM networks or in new "green field" networks. They can also be used as an infrastructure component providing tandem or international gateway services or it can be integrated into an existing (IP or TDM) network to provide protocol conversion services (H.323/SIP, SS7/ISDN, SS7/IP, etc.), offload services, prepaid, or any number of customized services. ENTICE solutions operate with most any network elements from the leading network vendors such as Cisco, Dialogic, Audiocodes, etc. ENTICE solutions can scale to more that 100K ports.
